August 14, 2014 as his other commitments make it difficult for him to attend the Board and Committee meetings of the Company in India. The Board of Directors of the Company, vide their circular resolution dated August 18, 2014, has taken note of his resignation and placed on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Mr. Barry B White during his tenure as director of the Company. |
