| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Directors, Officers and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from 4 pm on January 22, 2015 and will end 24 hours after the quarterly financial results are made public on February 05, 2015. |
