1. Payment of an interim dividend of Rs. 5 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each, for the financial year ending December 31, 2015. The dividend shall be paid on November 06, 2015.
2. Appointment of Mr. Jack Callahan as an Additional Director of the Company, with effect from October 18, 2015. He is inducted on the Board of the Company as Non-Executive Director.
3. Resignation of Mr. Neeraj Sahai as Director of the Company, with effect from October 17, 2015. |
