| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shivam Autotech Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is going to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
Further, the Trading window will remain closed from the opening of Trading hours on February 05, 2016 till the close of trading hours on February 13, 2016 and accordingly the trading in the securities of the Company is prohibited by Directors & designated employees until twenty four hours after communication of proceedings of the said Board meeting to the Stock Exchanges.
Hence the Company advised to refrain from buying / selling of the Company’s equity shares until February 13, 2016. |
