1. Noting of resignation of Mr. Mitsutoshi Shigeta as Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2016.
2. Noting of resignation of Mr. Kunal Jiwarajka as Director from the Board of the Company w.e.f. January 21, 2016.
3. Appointment of Mr. Chiaki Kidani as an additional Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of our Company w.e.f. Feb 12, 2016.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. R. Senthil Kumar, as Managing Director for further period of one year from April 22, 2016.
5. Adopted and approved a policy on disclosure of material event/information
6. Adopted and approved a policy on preservation of documents and archival of documents.
