| Exchange Disseminated Time | Wanbury Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve, by way of Postal Ballot, the ordinary resolution to the cancellation, by mutual consent, the existing appointment and its terms and conditions as Whole Time Director of Mr. K R N Moorthy, with effect from September 30, 2007 and to his appointment as Deputy Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from October 01, 2007, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
The Board has appointed Mr. Ajit Sathe, Practising Company Secretary, Mumbai, as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair & transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot forms duly completed should reach the Scrutinizer on or before November 14, 2007. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Director / Company Secretary of the Company, after completion of scrutiny & the result of the Postal Ballot shall be announced on November 15, 2007. |
