| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/01/2017 13:33:38 | Intellect Design Arena Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 13, 2017, have approved the following;
1. Raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders of the Company on a rights basis (Rights Issue) upto Rs. 200 crores (Rupees Two Hundred Crores), subject to all applicable Statutory and Regulatory approvals.
2. Adoption of Re-stated financial statements for the last five years.
3. Stub-period financials for the half year ended September 30, 2016.
4. Taking on record Draft Letter of Offer (DLOF) to be filed with SEBI.
