| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2017 15:56:04 | | Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of 2000% (Rs.100 per share) on the ordinary shares of the Company for the year ended 2017 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing 94th Annual General Meeting absorbing a sum of Rs. 34.85 crores. The dividend will be distributed to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of the date of its declaration i.e. within 30 days from the date of the 94th Annual General Meeting. |
