The Company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on March 24, 2014. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Mr. Ankit Gupta also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company. His successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange. |
