| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 24, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2009 and profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2009 along with Director's Report and Auditor's Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 1.00/- (20%) per fully paid up equity share of the Company for the financial year 2008-09.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. D P Agarwal as a Director of the Company, liable retire by rotation.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. Mehra Goel & Company, Chartered Accountants, the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms and conditions.
5. Appointment of Mr. Achintya Karati as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
