1. To consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on December 31, 2016; and
2. To consider and declare the third interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2016-17, if any.
Further, Kindly note that in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from January 23, 2017 to February 05, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and other designated employees of the Company. |
