1. The Board of Director formulated and adopted Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per Regulation 8(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
2. The Board of Director took Note of General disclosure of Interest of Directors under Section 184(1) of Companies Act, 2013.
3. The Board of Directors of the Company has reviewed the routine operational activities of the Company and affirms their satisfaction over the operations of the Company. |
