Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company, will be closed from May 16, 2016 for Designated Employees (and their immediate Relatives) under the Aplab Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading - 2015. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016. |
