- Approval of Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31,2016.

- Take on record the Audited Financial Results [Standalone and Consolidated] along with Auditors Report and Form A for the year ended March 31, 2016.

- Recommendation of Dividend, if any for the year ended March 31, 2016

Further, the trading window in respect of the Company's Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on May 23, 2016 till close of the trading hours on June 01, 2016 [both days inclusive].
