Pursuant to this, the Company has decided to close its trading window for insiders covered under "Gabriel Additional Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading". The Said trading window closure commenced from July 01, 2015 and will continue till 48 hours after the results are made public on July 30, 2015. |
