| Exchange Disseminated Time | D-Link (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 06, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from January 01, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. February 06, 2015.
The communication to that effect under the said code has been sent to all the Directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. |
