1. To appoint Mr. Amarender Reddy and Mr. Chavali Satyanarayana Murthy as Additional Directors on the Board of the Company.
2. To accept the resignation of Mr. M. R. Krishnaiah and Mr. S. Vishnu Rao from the Board of the Company.
3. To reconstitute the Committee of the Board, a consequent to change in the composition of Board.
4. To consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
5. To take note of the Limited Review Report issued by the Auditor on the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2011.
