Sub: - Outcome of the Board Meeting held on 30th May, 2017
A meeting of the Board of directors of the company was held at its administrative office on the 30th May, 2017 wherein, interalia the following decisions were considered & approved:-
1. The Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter as well as financial year ended on 31st March, 2017.
2. The Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2017.
3. Consideration and acknowledgement of the Voting Rights of the Preference Shareholders.
Further would like to inform that due to technical problems in the consolidation of the accounts of the Subsidiary of the Company henceforth the Company is unable to publish consolidated audited financial results. The same will be complied immediately after the Subsidiary Company's accounts are finalized.
We request you to take on record the above said decisions and disseminate the same on the website of the stock exchange. |
