Consequently Mr. C. S. Giridhar has been ceased to act as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from May 03, 2016.
Mr. C.S. Giridhar has expressed his desire to pursue new opportunities outside the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company is in the process of recruiting competent person to act as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
