| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tata Communications Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016, if any.
Further, in terms of the Tata Communications Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for insiders, which has been closed from March 25, 2016 shall remain closed till May 20, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
