1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
2. Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors /officers/ designated employees of the Company on and from April 21, 2015 and would re-open on April 30, 2015. |
