| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd (Transferor Company) has informed BSE that the Company has fixed April 22, 2005 as the Record Date and option date for the purpose of the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger between the Company and Mahavir Spinning Mills Ltd (Transferee Company).
Further the Company has also informed that the Transferee Company has also fixed April 22, 2005 as record date to determine the names of shareholders of the Transferor Company who would be entitled to the issue of shares of the Transferee Company in terms of the above referred scheme. |
