| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Monday July 20, 2015 to July 25, 2015 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
