The 22nd AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday, the 15th September, 2017 at 10.00 A.M. at the Complex of Jaypee Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant, Nigrie, Tehsil Sarai, District Singrauli - 486 669 (Madhya Pradesh) to transact Businesses as set out in the Notice dated 17th August, 2017. Further, it is informed that in terms of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, the 8th September, 2017 to Friday, the 15th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ensuing AGM.
