| Exchange Disseminated Time | Reliance Power Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014:
"The Unaudited Standalone results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs. 67.00 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at net profit of Rs. 302.70 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 863.40 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 754.60 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013.
The figures for the previous periods have been re-classified/re-grouped, wherever necessary. Figures for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 are not comparable with the previous period figures as the current period numbers include revenue and expenditure relating to 45 mega watt Wind based power plant, acquired pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation with the erstwhile Reliance Clean Power Private Limited, sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay Vide Order dated May 09, 2014 with an appointed date of April 01, 2012."

The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share in profit/(loss) of associates of Rs. 2544.40 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 as compared to Rs. 2672.20 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013. Total Income has increased from Rs. 14835.30 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 to Rs. 18265.70 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2014. |
