| Exchange Disseminated Time | International Combustion India Ltd has informed BSE that November 21, 2014 has been fixed as the Cut-Off Date for determining the names of the shareholders who shall be entitled to participate in the Postal Ballot Voting Exercise (including both the options of Physical Postal Ballot & Electronic-Voting Facility) in terms of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013, which shall be conducted to consider the Special Business/ Resolution of "Alteration in the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company", necessary in connection with the setting up of the Building Material Division as a new Business Division of the Company, as informed to Stock Exchanges earlier.
The Postal Ballot Notice shall be despatched to the shareholders in due course. |
