Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed to the exchange that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. January 29, 2018:
a) Approved relinquishment of Managing Director's Office and membership of the Board by Mr P. S. Reddy with effect from February 1, 2018 for an assignment in Tata Steel Group.
b) Appointed Mr Sanjay Rajoria as Additional Director and Managing Director with effect from February 1, 2018
c) Appointed Mr. K Sujit Mathai Mathew as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from February 1, 2018
d) Approved stepping down of Mr Subhashish Datta as the CFO of the Company with effect from February 1, 2018 to take up a new assignment in the Company.
