Further, the trading window as described In 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company will remain closed for the above purpose from January 01, 2015 till expiry of 24 hours of publication of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company to the stock exchanges in terms of the Listing Agreement. |
