Notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for sale/purchase of Securities (Shares) of Poly Medicure Limited shall remain closed for the Directors/ Officers and Designated Employees and their dependants, with effect from Friday, the 26th January, 2018 to Thursday, the 15th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) due to declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third Quarter ended on 31st December, 2017 at the forthcoming Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 13th February, 2018.
