| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2016 08:24:19 | Allsec Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, which commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 3:10 pm, inter-alia has approved the following:
1. Mr. R. Jagadish has been reappointed as a Whole Time Director for a term of three years, which will be subject to the approval of Shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
2. Mr. S. Prem kumar, Independent Director has submitted his resignation from the Directorship of the Company due to preoccupation. The board placed on record its sincere appreciation for the services rendered by him as an Independent Director.
3. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. C. Jayaram & Mr. D. Padmanaban as Additional Directors of the Company. |
