The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain close from Thursday, 14th September, 2017 to Wednesday, 20th September, 2017 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The Cut-off date for entitlement of remote e-voting and voting at the AGM has been fixed as 13th September, 2017.
