| Exchange Disseminated Time | eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2014, inter alia :
1. Approved appointment of Mr. Nityanath Ghanekar as an Additional Director on Board of the Company, with effect from March 11, 2014. Mr. Ghanekar joins the Board as a Non Executive Independent Director.
2. Approved appointment of Ms. Deepa Kapoor as an Additional Director on Board of the Company, with effect from March 11, 2014. Ms. Kapoor joins the Board as a Non Executive Independent Director.
3. The Board of Directors reconstituted the Audit Committee of the Company to include Mr. Ghanekar as a member of thereof with effect from March 11, 2014.
4. The Board of Directors reconstituted the Corporate Social Responsibility ('CSR') Committee of the Company to include Ms. Kapoor as a Chairman thereof with effect from March 11, 2014, and Mr. Anish Ghoshal to continue as a member. |
