BPSL is proposing to issue further equity shares by way of Public Issue through Prospectus. BPSL has made reservation for the shareholders of Group Companies to the extent of 12,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on competitive basis, in proposed public issue.
For the purpose of determining the details of shareholders who are eligible to apply in the "Reservation Category" on competitive basis in proposed Public Issue of equity shares by BPSL, the Company has kept the specified date as March 10, 2006. |
