| Exchange Disseminated Time | Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2011, inter alia. has reissued / allotted 1,07,200 forfeited equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 17/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 28,94,400/- to 'Brahmamangalam Builders and Properties Private Limited' pursuant to in- principle approval received from stock exchanges.
Consequent to reissue of forfeited equity shares the paid-up capital of the Company is enhanced by Rs. 10,72,000/- i.e. from existing Rs. 15,07,94,120/- to Rs. 15,18,66,120/-. |
