1. Accepted the resignation of Mr. W. Michael Amick Jr. as Executive Chairman with effect from the close of office hours of October 31, 2014. He will, however, continue as Non-Executive Director effective November 01, 2014.

2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Rampraveen Swaminathan who is currently functioning as Managing Director & CEO as Chairman & Managing Director effective November 01, 2014.
