| Exchange Disseminated Time | Muthoot Capital Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2014 had appointed CS.Syamkumar R. as Company Secretary & Head Governance of the Company. The Board had also appointed him as the Compliance Officer of the Company from the date he assumes charge.
Further the Company has informed that, CS. Syamkumar R. has assumed charge with effect from June 02, 2014 as the Company Secretary & Head Governance of the Company. He has also taken over from that date as the Compliance Officer of the Company under Clause 47 of the listing agreement. |
