| Exchange Received Time 03/11/2017 09:55:30 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2017 09:55:37 Time Taken 00:00:07 | | We refer to our letter dated 31 Octr, 2017 and the news report appearing in media on 2nd November 2017 entitled 'Setback for Indo Count: two directors disqualified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs'.By our communication dated 31st October 2017, we had informed the stock exchanges that the names of two Directors on the Board of our Company viz Mr.Sushilkumar Jiwarajka and Mr.Kailash R.Lalpuria are included in the list of Directors disqualified under Section 164(2) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 posted on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs.The disqualification pertains to their directorships in respect of certain private limited companies in their personal capacity. We wish to emphatically affirm that we are in full compliance of the filing requirements concerning financial statements / annual returns and that the alleged disqualification of the said two directors has no connection whatsoever with any aforesaid compliance of Indo Count Industries Limited and its subsidiaries. |
