| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intends to publish Audited Annual Accounts for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 within 60 days from the end of the quarter and year instead of publishing unaudited quarterly results within 45 days from the end of the quarter.
In this regard, the Company has noted that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2011, inter-alia, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2010-11. |
