| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/05/2016 12:42:05 | Nitta Gelatin India Ltd has informed BSE that Nitta Gelatin Inc, Japan one of the promoters of the Company, had informed of their decision to withdraw the nomination of their Director Mr. Normichi Soga and instead nominate Mr. Raymond Merz, ETOBICOKE, ONM9A158, Canada. as their nominee on the Board of Directors of the Company, which is by virtue of a permissible clause in the Shareholding Agreement between the promoters.
They also informed that since Mr. Raymond Merz may not be in a position to attend all Board meetings due to work related committements, Mr. Seiichi Nishikawa be appointed as Alternate Director for Mr. Raymond Merz.
The Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting dtd May 06, 2016 cognised the change in nomination as aforesaid, and resolved to appoint Mr. Raymond Merz in the casual vacancy of Mr. Normichi Soga and Mr. Seiichi Nishikawa as an Alternate Director for Mr. Raymond Merz.
