| Exchange Disseminated Time | BF Utilities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has changed its Financial Year as under:
- Existing Financial Year - October 01 to September 30, every year.
- New Financial Year - April 01 to March 31 every year.
Accordingly the Company will close its Financial Year on March 31, 2015 for the broken period of October 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
This change in the Financial Year is made to align the existing Financial Year of the Company with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. |
