- The accumulated losses for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 has eroded the peak Net Worth of the Company and due reference was made to Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in terms of Section 23 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions ) Act, 1985 by the Company on June 13, 2013. On a counter filed by M/s. State Bank of India on its behalf and on behalf of other consortium banks the Board has abated the reference vide its Order dated March 26, 2014. |
