| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2016 18:28:42 | Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, resolved the following:
- Recommended final dividend of 1750% (Rs. 87.50 per share) on the ordinary of the Company for the year ended 2016 subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting absorbing a sum of Rs. 30.49 crores. The dividend will be distributed to the eligible shareholders within 30 days of the date of its declaration i.e. within 30 days from the date of 93rd Annual General Meeting, which will be decided at the ensuing Board
