Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and Designated employees of the Company with effect from January 28, 2016 and will remain closed upto February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
