| Exchange Disseminated Time | Transchem Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2011 and the Balance Sheet as at that date along with the report of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon was considered and adopted by the shareholders.
2. Mr. Neerav Merchant, who retired by rotation and being eligible, was reappointed as Director of the Company.
3. M/s. L. T. Jadav & Co., Chartered Accountants were reappointed as the Auditors of the Company for 2011-12 to hold the office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and Board of Directors of the Company was authorized to fix their remuneration. |
