Consequently with effect from 4th January, 2018, the issued and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 10,25,82,962 consisting of 10,25,82,962 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
Further, please find enclosed the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
