| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kapashi Commercial Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 02, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009, Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date and Report of the Board of Directors’ and Auditors’ thereon and Secretarial Compliance Certificate were approved and adopted.
2. Mr. Nimish I. Kapashi & Mr. Indukumar S. Kapashi, who retired by rotation have been re-appointed as Directors.
3. M/s. D. V. Vora & Co., Chartered Accountants have been re-appointed as Auditors of the Company. |
