| Exchange Disseminated Time | IVP Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has signed Memorandum of Settlement with the Workers Union and paid an amount of Rs. 7.15 crores to the concerned Workers. This payment will be accounted for the year ended March 31, 2010.
Further the Company has informed that, another pending issue relating to Temporary Workers of Reay Road Unit has also been settled on payment of Rs. 3.15 crores to the concerned
Workers.
The Company is considering the possibility of utilizing the oil storage facilities at the Reay Road Unit by renting out. |
