| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ashima Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following businesses:
1. To take on record the status of the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for Reconstruction and Compromise between Ashima Limited and its Equity Shareholders, Preference Shareholders and Secured Creditors pursuant to section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and Section 52 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Scheme") as approved by the Board on December 15, 2014 and to consider modifications, if any.
2. To consider the proposal regarding Issue of equity shares on "Rights" basis to the existing equity shareholders of the Company. |
