| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manjeera Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Trading Window shall be closed from August 04, 2015 to August 11, 2015 in view of the forthcoming Board Meeting scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 which is considered as a "price sensitive information". Hence not to deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's securities during the periods when Trading Window is closed.
The Trading window will be re-opened from August 14, 2015 onwards. |
