2. Further, Mr. Piyush Goenka, Nominee Director of the Company has resigned from the Board on October 18, 2016. Board took note of the same and accepted the resignation,
3. Ms. Deepshikha Tomar, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. October 27, 2016.
4. Mr. Neeraj Kumar. Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned w.e.f. October 27, 2016 due to the appointment of new CFO - Mr. Ajay Bansal. Appointment is with effect from October 27, 2016. From now on Mr. Neeraj Kumar will see Finance department of the group companies of the Company. |
